Liam turned to Zach. “Isn’t that where you’re assigned?”
“It was,” responded Zach angrily.
“Was?”
“Let the kid finish his story. Then, I’ll get to mine.”
Liam nodded. “Continue, Jake.”

I have to agree with everyone else about your cover. Nothing better than a sexy cowboy to perk my interest unless it is the name of the series, Destiny in Deadwood. I used to live around the Deadwood SD area so am looking forward to reading this series.
